মহেশপুরে ট্রাকের চাকায় পিষ্ট হয়ে ১ ব্যাক্তির মৃত্যু

ঝিনাইদহের মহেশপুর পৌর এলাকার চড়কতলা
নামক স্থানে ট্রাকের চাকায় পিষ্ট হয়ে এক মোটরসাইকেল চালকের মৃত্যু হয়েছে।
নিহত ব্যক্তির নাম দেবদাস মন্ডল(২২) পিতা নিতাই মন্ডল তার বাড়ী সাতক্ষিরা জেলার
শ্যামনগর উপজেলার পাঞ্জাশিরা গ্রামে। তিনি দর্শনার একটি এনজিওতে চাকুরী
করেন বলে জানা গেছে।
এলাকাবাসী জানান, বৃহস্পতিবার সকালে একটি বালি বোঝাই ট্রাক মহেশপুর
থেকে যাদবপুর যাওয়ার পথে জীবননগর থেকে এক এনজিও কর্মি পূজার ছুটিতে
বাড়ী যাওয়ার সময় মোটরসাইকেল নিয়ে চড়কতলা মোড়ে পৌছালে ট্রাকের সাথে
মোটরসাইকেলের ধাক্কা লাগলে মোটরসাইকেল টি টেনে হেচড়ে নিয়ে যায় । এ
সময় মোটরসাইকেল চালক ট্রাকের চাকায় পিষ্ট হয়ে ট্রাকের চাকার মধ্যে বেধে
থাকলে মহেশপুর ফায়ারসার্ভিস কর্মিরা এসে তাকে মৃত অবস্থায় উদ্ধার করে।
মহেশপুর থানার ডিউটি অফিসার জানান , লাশ উদ্ধার করে থানায় নেওয়া হয়েছে ।
ট্রাকটি আটক করা হয়েছে। এ ঘটনায় মামলার পস্তুতি চলছে।
