কয়রায় পরিত্রানের উদ্যোগে আন্তর্জাতিক নারী দিবস পালন উপলক্ষে শোভাযাত্রা ও আলোচনা সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। শনিবার (৮ মার্চ) বিকাল ৩ টায় এ উপলক্ষে শোভাযাত্রা শেষে উত্তর বেদকাশি গাজীপাড়া আদিবাসী মুন্ডা বহুমুখী সমবায় সমিতির কার্যালযে আলোচনা সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। নারী সংগঠক রেবতী মুন্ডার সভাপতিত্বে ও পরিত্রানের প্রজেক্ট অফিসার মোঃ আলাউদ্দিনের পরিচালনায় এতে আলোচনা সভায় বক্তব্য রাখেন কয়রা উপজেলা প্রেসক্লাবের সাধারণ সম্পাদক মোঃ রিয়াছাদ আলী, খুলনা জেলা জাতীয় আদিবাসী পরিষদের সাধারণ সম্পাদক নিরাপদ মুন্ডা, দৈনিক কালবেলার কয়রা প্রতিনিধি মোঃ ফরহাদ হোসেন, নারী সদস্য ভারতী মুন্ডা, কল্যানী মুন্ডা, নমিতা মুন্ডা প্রমুখ।
