খুলনার কয়রা উপজেলার উত্তর বেদকাশি ইউনিয়নের দীঘির পাড় সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক মোঃ হুমায়ুন কবির বাংলাদেশ জামায়াতে ইসলামীর কেন্দ্রীয় আমীর ডাঃ শফিকুর রহমান কে নিয়ে সমাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম ফেসবুকে কুরুচিপূর্ণ মন্তব্য করেন। বিষয় টা যখন সমাজিক মাধ্যম ফেসবুকে ভাইরাল হয় তখন কয়রা উপজেলা জামায়াতে ইসলামীর পক্ষ থেকে জানতে চাওয়া হয় কি কারণে তিনি কুরুচিপূর্ণ মন্তব্য করেন তিনি সুস্পষ্ট বক্তব্য না দিয়ে উল্টো তিনি অভিযোগ করেন জামায়াতের কর্মীরা তাকে মারধর ও লাঞ্ছিত করে। তিনি ফেসবুকে মন্তব্য করেন (এই মালটাকে খুব ভালো মনে করেছিলাম কিন্তু ভুলে গিয়েছিলাম তাঁর রাজনীতির শুরু হয় বামদের হাত ধরে উপরন্তু সে একজন ব্যবসায়ী) বিষয়টা নিয়ে আলাপ করেছিলাম উত্তর বেদকাশি ইউনিয়ন জামায়াতে ইসলামীর আমীর মাষ্টার নূর কামাল এর সাথে তিনি বলেন আমার জানা মতে শিক্ষক হুমায়ুন কবিরকে মারধর করা হয়নি। সে আমার সামনে একথা বলেওনি। শিক্ষক হুমায়ুন কবির এর আগে ছাত্রী ধর্ষণ ও নানা অপকর্মের সাথে জড়িত স¤প্রতি অর্থ লেনদেন ও বাংক চেকের মামলা সহ অন্য মামলায় ২ বার জেল হাজতে গিয়েছেন। বিষয়টা নিয়ে আরও কথা বলেছিলাম উপজেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অফিসার তপন কুমার এর সাথে তিনি বলেন আমাদের সামনে হুমায়ুন কবিরকে কোনো মারধর করা হয়নি।
