করোনা ভাইরাস সংক্রমন প্রতিরোধে সরকারি-বিধি-নিষেধ প্রতিপালনে ঝিনাইদহ জেলা প্রশাসকের কঠোর হুশিয়ারি
ঝিনাইদহ জেলায় করোনা ভাইরাস সংক্রমন প্রতিরোধে জেলার সকল স্তরের জনপ্রতিনিধিদের সাথে মতবিনিময় সভা জুম ক্লাউড মিটিংস অ্যাপসের মাধ্যমে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। জেলা প্রশাসক মোঃ মজিবর রহমানের সভাপতিত্বে অনুষ্ঠিত সভায় পুলিশ সুপার, জেলাধীন সকল পৌরসভার মেয়র, উপজেলা পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান, সদর হাসপাতালের তত্বাবধায়ক, জেলা তথ্য অফিসার, সকল উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার ও সকল ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান সংযুক্ত ছিলেন।
সভার শুরুতে জেলা প্রশাসক মজিবর রহমান বলেন, আমরা বীরের জাতি- আমরা হারতে জানিনা। ১৯৭১ সালে প্রশিক্ষিত পাক সেনাবাহিনীর সাথে যুদ্ধ করে আমরা স্বাধীনতার সূর্যকে ছিনিয়ে এনেছি। বর্তমানে করোনা ভাইরাসের সংক্রমণের ফলে যে সংকট চলছে সেটিও আমরা সম্মিলিতভাবে প্রতিরোধ করতে সক্ষম হব। তিনি করোনা ভাইরাসের বর্তমান পরিস্থিতি তুলে ধরার জন্য ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান, উপজেলা পরিষদ চেয়ারম্যান, মেয়র ও উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসারগণকে অনুরোধ করেন। জনপ্রতিনিধিগণ তাদের বক্তব্যে নিজ নিজ অধিক্ষেত্রের করোনা ভাইরাস সংক্রমণের বর্তমান পরিস্থিতি সম্পর্কে জেলা প্রশাসককে অবহিত করেন এবং জনসচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির পাশাপাশি সরকারি বিধি-নিষেধ লঙ্ঘনকারীদের বিরুদ্ধে কঠোর আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের উপর গুরুত্ব আরোপ করেন।
জেলার সার্বিক পরিস্থিতি বিবেচনায় করোনা ভাইরাস সংক্রমণ রোধকল্পে জেলা প্রশাসক স্থানীয় জনপ্রতিনিধি, ইমাম, পুরোহিত, শিক্ষক, গণ্যমান্য ব্যক্তিবর্গ, রাজনৈতিক নেতৃবৃন্দ, যুবসমাজ সকলের সমন্বয়ে ইউনিয়ন, ওযার্ড ও গ্রামভিত্তিক করোনা ভাইরাস প্রতিরোধ কমিটি গঠন করার জন্য উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসারগণকে নির্দেশ প্রদান করেন। গ্রাম-গঞ্জ, পাড়া-মহল্লার চা কিংবা মুদি দোকানের প্রতি সর্বদা নজর রাখার জন্য গ্রাম পুলিশদেরকে নির্দেশ দেন এবং এ সকল দোকানপাটে সরকারি বিধি-নিষেধ লঙ্ঘন করলে তা সাথে সাথে জেলা প্রশাসকের মোবাইলে ফোন করে জানানোর জন্য অনুরোধ করেন। তিনি বলেন, সরকারি বিধি-নিষেধ অমান্যকারীদের বিরুদ্ধে জেলা প্রশাসন অত্যন্ত কঠোর ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণে করবে। এছাড়া গ্রামের মসজিদের মাইকে প্রতি ওয়াক্তের আযানের পূর্বে যাতে করোনা ভাইরাস প্রতিরোধে সচেতনতামূলক বার্তা প্রচার করে সেটি নিশ্চিত করার জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট এলাকার ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান ও সদস্যদেরকে অনুরোধ জানান। তিনি বলেন, জেলাতে ত্রানের কোন সংকট নেই, প্রয়োজন হলেই ত্রান বিতরণ করা হবে। কোন মানুষ যাতে খাবারের কষ্ট না করে সেদিকে খেয়াল রাখার জন্য তিনি নির্দেশ দেন। করোনাকালীন সময়ে স্বল্প আয়ের মানুষদের খাদ্য সহায়তা প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে প্রকৃত হতদরিদ্র বা স্বল্প আয়ের মানুষের তালিকা প্রস্তুত করার জন্যও তিনি জনপ্রতিনিধিদের নির্দেশনা প্রদান করেন।
