কলাপাড়ায় সিএনজি নিয়ন্ত্রণ হারিয়ে খাদে, নিহত ২

পটুয়াখালীর কলাপাড়া-পটুয়াখালী মহাসড়কের বিশকানি এলাকায় যাত্রীবাহী সিএনজি নিয়ন্ত্রণ হারিয়ে মহাসড়কের পাশে খাদে পড়ে ২ জন নিহত হয়েছেন। এ ঘটনায় আহত হয়েছেন আরও ৪ জন। শনিবার (১৩ এপ্রিল) সকাল সাড়ে ৭টার দিকে এ ঘটনা ঘটে।
নিহতরা হলেন-আফজাল হোসেন ও জাকারিয়া। নিহত আফজাল হোসেন বরগুনার বড়ইতলা ও জাকারিয়া চরপাড়া এলাকার বাসিন্দা।
কলাপাড়া থানার এস আই জহুরুল ইসলাম জানান, আমতলী থেকে কুয়াকাটার উদ্দেশে ছেড়ে আসা ৫ যাত্রী নিয়ে সিএনজিটি বিশকানি এলাকায় পৌঁছালে নিয়ন্ত্রণ হারিয়ে রাস্তার খাদে পড়ে গাছের সঙ্গে ধাক্কা খায়। এতে ঘটনাস্থলে আফজাল হোসেন ও জাকারিয়া নিহত হন। এ ঘটনায় আহত হয়েছেন আরও ৪ জন। আহতদের হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হয়েছে।
