কালীগঞ্জে বিএনপির বৃক্ষরোপন কর্মসূচি উদ্বোধন।

বিএনপির ভারপ্রাপ্ত চেয়ারম্যান তারেক রহমানের নির্দেশনায় ঝিনাইদহের কালীগঞ্জ উপজেলা ও পৌর বিএনপির উদ্যোগে বৃক্ষরোপন কর্মসূচির উদ্বোধন করা হয়েছে।
এ সময় উপজেলার ১১ টি ইউনিয়ন ও পৌর এলাকার বিএনপির বিভিন্ন স্তরের নেতাকর্মীদের মাঝে প্রায় ১৫০০ টি ফলজ ও বনজ গাছের চারা বিতরণ করা হয়।
বৃহস্পতিবার সকালে শহরের থানা রোডস্থ দলীয় কার্যালয়ে উপজেলা বিএনপির আহবায়ক আলহাজ্ব মাহাবুবার রহমানের সভাপতিত্বে এ কর্মসূচির উদ্বোধন করেন কেন্দ্রীয় স্বেচ্ছাসেবক দলের সিনিয়র যুগ্ম সাধারণ সম্পাদক ও ঝিনাইদহ-৪ আসনের একাদশ জাতীয় সংসদ নির্বাচনে বিএনপি মনোনীত প্রার্থী সাইফুল ইসলাম ফিরোজ।
এ সময় অন্যান্যের মধ্যে উপস্থিত ছিলেন উপজেলা বিএনপির সিনিয়র যুগ্ম আহবায়ক ডা. নুরুল ইসলাম, যুগ্ম আহবায়ক আয়নাল হাসান, তবিবুর রহমান মিনি, পৌর বিএনপির সিনিয়র যুগ্ম আহবায়ক নজরুল ইসলাম তোতা, উপজেলা বিএনপির যুগ্ম আহবায়ক শহিদুল ইসলাম সাইদুল, ইউপি চেয়ারম্যান ইলিয়াস রহমান মিঠু, পৌর বিএনপির যুগ্ম আহবায়ক আনোয়ার হোসেন প্রমুখ।
