চুয়াডাঙ্গার নেহালপুর বিদ্যুতস্পৃষ্টে স্ত্রীর মারা যাওয়ার ১২ দিনের মাথায় সড়ক দূর্ঘটনায় মারা গেলেন স্বামীওঃ পাশাপাশি দাফন সম্পন্ন

চুয়াডাঙ্গা সদরের নেহালপুর গ্রামে বিদ্যুতস্পৃষ্টে স্ত্রী মারা যাওয়ার ১২ দিনের মাথায় মর্মান্তিক সড়ক দূর্ঘটনায় মারা গেলেন স্বামী। অল্প কয়েকদিনের ব্যবধানে স্বামী স্ত্রী মারা যাওয়ার ঘটনায় পুরো গ্রামজুড়ে নেমে এসেছে শোকের ছায়া। দূর্ঘটনায় মারা যাওয়া স্বামীকে বুধবার সকাল ১০ টায় গ্রামের স্কুল মাঠে জানাজা শেষে স্ত্রীর পাশেই দাফন সম্পন্ন করা হয়েছে।
জানা গেছে, গতকাল মঙ্গলবার বিকাল ৫টার দিকে চুয়াডাঙ্গা সদর উপজেলার নেহালপুর গ্রামের মৃত গোলাপ মন্ডলের ছেলে কাঁচামাল ব্যবসায়ী ফরজ আলী (৪৫) নিজস্ব করিমন ( শ্যালোমেশিন চালিত বাহক) চালিয়ে সরোজগঞ্জে মালামাল বিক্রি করতে যাচ্ছিলেন। পথিমধ্যে কালুপোল নামক স্থানে পৌছালে বিপরীত দিক দিয়ে আসা একটি মোটরসাইকেলের সাথে ধাক্কা লেগে ঘটনাস্থলে মারাক্তকভাবে আহত হয় ফরজ আলী। স্থানীয়রা তাকে উদ্ধার করে চুয়াডাঙ্গা সদর হাসপাতালে নেওয়ার পথে তিনি মারা যান। মুহুর্তেই মৃত্যুর সংবাদ নিজ গ্রামে পৌছালে গ্রামজুড়ে শোকাবহ পরিবেশের সৃষ্টি হয়। মৃত্যুর সংবাদ শুনেই নিহতের বাড়ীতে ছুটে যান বেগমপুর ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান আলী হোসেন জোয়ার্দ্দার, স্থানীয় ইউপি সদস্য আক্কাস আলী সহ বিভিন্ন শ্রেণী পেশার মানুষ। বেগমপুর ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান আলী হোসেন জোয়ার্দ্দার বলেন, গত ৩১ শে ডিসেম্বর ২০২২ তারিখ রাত আনুমানিক ৮টার দিকে নিজ বাড়ীতেই বিদ্যুতস্পৃষ্টে মৃত্যুবরন করেন। ১২ দিনের মাথায় মারা গেলেন শ্বামীও। বুধবার সকাল ১০টায় নেহালপুর স্কুলমাঠে জানাজা নামাজের পর গ্রাম্যকবরস্থানে স্ত্রীর কবরের পাশেই তাকে সমাধি করা হয়েছে ।
