প্রতিবারের ন্যায় এবারো তীব্র শীতে সমাজের হত দরিদ্র মানুষদের একটু উষ্ণতা দিতে ঝিনাইদহে কম্বল বিতরণ করা হয়েছে। বৃহস্পতিবার (১১ জানুয়ারী) দুপুরে জেসকা’র সভাপতি লে. জেনারেল (অবঃ) মাহফুজুর রহমানের সহযোগীতায় ঝিনাইদহ ক্যাডেট কলেজ প্রাঙ্গনে ৪ শতাধিক শীতার্তদের মাঝে এ কম্বল বিতরণ করা হয়। কম্বল বিতরণ অনুষ্ঠানে ঝিনাইদহ ক্যাডেট কলেজের অধ্যক্ষ কর্ণেল এস এম রাকিব ইবনে রেজওয়ান, এ্যাডজুট্যান্ট মেজর মাঈনুল হোসেন, জি এস আবু বক্কর, সার্জেন্ট মিজান ও মনিরসহ অন্যান্যরা উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
