ঝিনাইদহ প্রেসক্লাবে সংবাদ সম্মেলনে অভিযোগ, বোন সহকারী জজ তাই প্রতিবেশিদের নামে মিথ্যা মামলা দিয়ে জমি দখলের চেষ্টা

বোন সহকারী জজ তাই প্রতিবেশিদের বিরুদ্ধে মিথ্যা মামলা দিয়ে হয়রানী করার অভিযোগ উঠেছে রাসেল আহম্মেদ নামে এক যুবকের বিরুদ্ধে। এ নিয়ে শনিবার (৩১ আগস্ট) দুপুরে ঝিনাইদহ প্রেসক্লাবে সংবাদ সম্মেলন করেছেন প্রতিবেশি হরিণাকুন্ডু উপজেলার জোড়াদহ কালীতলা গ্রামের আসাদুজ্জামান। লিখিত অভিযোগে তিনি দাবী করেন, আবু জাফর নামে এক ব্যাক্তি ১২৭৯নং জোড়াদহ মৌজায় আরএস খতিয়ানের ৫১২২, ৫১২৩, ৫১২৯ ও ৫১৩২নং দাগে ১০.৪৩ শতক জমি ক্রয় করে যথাক্রমে জবেদা খাতুন, রহিমা খাতুন ও কুটি নেছার কাছ থেকে। কিন্তু তিনি চার দাগ থেকে জমি দখল না করে তঞ্চকতার আশ্রয় নিয়ে ৫১২৯ ও ৫১৩২নং দাগ দখল করছেন, তাও আবার ১০.৩৪ এর পরিবর্তে ১২ শতক। সংবাদ সম্মেলনে বলা হয়, বোন সহকারী জজ হওয়ায় ছাত্রলীগ ক্যাডার রাসেল আহম্মেদ গত ২১ আগষ্ট হরিণাকুন্ডুর আমলী আদালতে মহিলাসহ একই পরিবারের ১২ জনের নামে মিথ্যা মামলা দিয়ে পুলিশী হয়রানী করছেন। ঘটনার দিন আদৌ কোন মারামারি না হলেও শ্রেফ জমি দখলের উদ্দেশ্যে পুলিশ ও বিচার বিভাগকে প্রভাবিত করার চেষ্টা করছেন। রাসেল ও তার পিতা আবু জাফর অভিযোগকারীদের পৈত্রিক ভিটা থেকে উচ্ছেদের চেষ্টা করছেন বলেও অভিযোগ করা হয়। সংবাদ সম্মেলনে জোড়াদহ কলেজের শিক্ষার্থী ইবনে সাবিত ও মহসিন ইসলাম হৃদয় অভিযোগ করেন, তাদের বয়স ১৮ না হলেও মিথ্যা লেপটপ চুরির মামলা দিয়ে দু’জনার শিক্ষা জীবন ধ্বংস করা হচ্ছে। পুলিশের ভয়ে এই দুই ছাত্র পড়ালেখা করতে পারছে না বলে অভিযোগ। এ বিষয়ে যশোরের শার্শা উপজেলার সহকারী জজ মোছাঃ লাভলী নাজনিন মুঠোফোনে জানান, তার পিতা এসএ রেকর্ড দেখে জমি কিনেছিলেন। ফলে আরএস রেকর্ডে ওই জমি ছুট আছে। আদালতে মামলা করলে তারা জমি ফিরে পাবেন। তিনি বলেন সংবাদ সম্মেলনে তার বিরুদ্ধে যে অভিযোগ করা হয়েছে তার সবই মিথ্যা ও বানোয়াট। বরং অভিযোগকারীরাই তাদের বাড়িতে প্রবেশ করে ভাংচুর করেছে।
