দাবী দাওয়া না মানায় তৃতীয় দিনের মতো কর্মচারীদের কর্মবিরতিতে অচল হয়ে পড়েছে ঝিনাইদহ পল্লী বিদ্যুৎ অফিসের কার্যক্রম। এতে চরম ভোগান্তির শিকার হচ্ছেন সেবা নিতে আসা সাধারণ মানুষ। বিভিন্ন দাবী আদায়ে টানা ৩য় দিনের মত এই কর্মসূচী পালন করছেন তারা। সোমবার (৬ মে) সকল কার্যক্রম বন্ধ করে দিয়ে অফিস প্রাঙ্গণে জড়ো হয় ঝিনাইদহ পল্লী বিদ্যুতের কর্মকর্তা-কর্মচারীরা। ব্যানার ফেস্টুন নিয়ে অফিসের সামনে অবস্থান নেয় তারা। সেসময় দাবী আদায়ে নানা শ্লোগান দিতে থাকে তারা। এ সময় বক্তব্য রাখেন, ঝিনাইদহ পল্লী বিদ্যুতের ইনফোর্স কো-অর্ডিনেটর জাহাঙ্গীর হোসেন, জুনিয়র ইঞ্জিনিয়ার রবিউল ইসলাম, লাইনম্যান সাব্বির হোসেন, বিলিং সহকারী জুবাইদা গুলসান, লাইন ক্রু লেভেল ওয়ান জামিনুর রহমান, এম আর সিএম শহিদুল ইসলামসহ অন্যান্যরা। বক্তারা তাদের চাকরীবিধি বৈষম্য দুর করে দ্রæত তাদের দাবী আদায়ে সংশ্লিষ্টদের হস্তক্ষেপ কামনা করেন। এ দাবী দ্রæত মানা না হলে আগামী দিনে গ্রাহকসেবাসহ বিদ্যুৎ সরবরাহ বন্ধ করার হুশিয়ারি দেন আন্দোলনকারীরা।
