প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার সঙ্গে সাক্ষাৎ করেছেন জাতীয় পার্টির চেয়ারম্যান গোলাম মোহাম্মদ কাদের এবং দলের প্রধান পৃষ্ঠপোষক সংসদে বিরোধী দলীয় নেতা রওশন এরশাদ। মঙ্গলবার (১৩ ডিসেম্বর) দুপুরে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর সরকারি বাসভবন গণভবনে এ সাক্ষাৎ করেন তারা।এ সময় তাদের সঙ্গে জাতীয় পার্টির প্রতিষ্ঠাতা চেয়ারম্যান হুসেইন মুহম্মদ এরশাদের ছেলে দলের সংসদ সদস্য রাহগির আলমাহি সাদ এরশাদ উপস্থিত ছিলেন।বৈঠককালে প্রধানমন্ত্রী রওশন এরশাদের শারীরিক অবস্থার খোঁজখবর নেন এবং কুশল বিনিময় করেন। সংসদীয় গণতন্ত্রে গঠনমূলক ও ইতিবাচক ভূমিকা পালনের জন্য জাতীয় পার্টিকে ধন্যবাদ জানান প্রধানমন্ত্রী।
