অভিযোগ সুত্রে জানা গেছে মহেশপুর থানার অন্তর্গত ১৩৭ নং হাট খালিশপুর মৌজার ১৯২ নং আর’এস খতিয়ানের সাবেক দাগ ৭১৬ ও হালদাগ নং ৬৮৪ এর ৯৩.৫০ শতক জমির মধ্যে উত্তর পার্শের ১৪ শতক নালিশি জমি জবর দখলের অভিযোগে ঝিনাইদহ ফৌজদারী আদালতে মামলা দায়ের করেছেন মোঃ আব্দুল মোতালেব মিয়া।

উক্ত ১৪শতক নালিশি জমিতে গত ২৭-৯-২০২২ ইং তাং- আদালতের নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী ১৪৪ ধারা জারি থাকা সত্তেও বিবাদীগন জমিটি দখল করায় ৯৯৯ তে ফোন করলে মহেশপুর থানা পুলিশ ঘটনাস্থল আসে এবং উভয় পক্ষকে পরিস্থিতি শান্ত রাখার নির্দেশ প্রদান করেন।
বিষয়টি নিয়ে উভয় পক্ষের মাঝে উক্তেজনা বিরাজ করায় আব্দুল মোতালেব মিয়া আবারও আদালতে স্বরণাপুর্ন হয়ে উক্ত নালিশি জমির উপর ১৮৮ ধারা জারি করেছেন।
