প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা পদক ২০২৪ এ ঝিনাইদহের মহেশপুরের শ্রেষ্ঠ প্রধান শিক্ষক নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন রামচন্দ্রপুর সরকারী প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধান শিক্ষক আব্দুল্যা আল মাছুম বিল্যাহ। সেই সাথে তার বিদ্যালয়টিও শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব অর্জন করেছে। তিনি দীর্ঘদিন ধরে সুনামের সাথে রামচন্দ্রপুর সরকারী প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধান শিক্ষক হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করে আসছেন। বিদ্যালয়ে শিখন-শেখানো কার্যক্রমের বিভিন্ন উন্নয়নমুলক কাজের জন্য জাতীয় প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা পদক-২০২৪ উপজেলা পর্যায়ে শ্রেষ্ঠ প্রধান শিক্ষক নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন। ২০২২ সালে উপজেলা পর্যায়ে বিদ্যালয়ের শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব অর্জন করেছিলেন। অপর দিকে মহেশপুরের শ্রেষ্ঠ সহকারী শিক্ষিকা নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন গোপালপুর সরকারী প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের সহকারী শিক্ষিকা তুহিন সুলতানা। তিনি দীর্ঘদিন ধরে সুনামের সাথে গোপালপুর সরকারী প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের সহকারী শিক্ষিকা হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করে আসছেন। শিক্ষিকা তুহিন সুলতানা বিদ্যালয়ে শিখন-শেখানো কার্যক্রমের বিভিন্ন উন্নয়নমুলক কাজের জন্য জাতীয় প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা পদক-২০২৪ উপজেলা পর্যায়ে শ্রেষ্ঠ সহকারী শিক্ষিকা নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন। তিনি ১৮ বছরের চাকরিরত অবস্থায় টানা ২০১৯, ২০২৩ ও ২০২৪ শ্রেষ্ঠ সহকারী শিক্ষিকা নির্বচিত হলেন।
