মুভি’র পিআরের সাথে বিয়ে পেছানোর কোনো সম্পর্ক থাকতে পারে না
দীর্ঘদিন ধরে চর্চায় রয়েছে নীতেশ তিওয়ারির ‘রামায়ণ’। মহাকাব্য রামায়ণ অবলম্বনেই তৈরি হতে চলেছে এই ছবি। হাতেগোনা আর কয়েকটি দিন। তার পরেই শুরু হবে এই ছবির শুটিং। ছবিতে রামচন্দ্রের চরিত্রে দেখা যাবে অভিনেতা রণবীর কাপূরকে। রাবণ হবেন দক্ষিণী অভিনেতা যশ। হনুমানের চরিত্রে দেখা যাবে সানি দেওলকে।
তবে প্রথম গোল বাধে সীতা কে হবেন, তা নিয়ে। একেক সময়ে উঠে এসেছে একেক জন অভিনেত্রীর নাম। কখনও শোনা গিয়েছে আলিয়া ভাটের কথা, কখনও আবার সাই পল্লবী। তবে অবশেষে নাকি পরিচালক মনস্থির করেছেন জাহ্নবী কাপূরে। এর মাঝেই আলোচনায় আর এক অভিনেত্রীর প্রবেশ। তিনি রাকুল প্রীত সিং।
সীতাকে নিয়ে কোনও জল্পনা নেই আর, রাকুলপ্রীতকে দেখা যাবে শূর্পনখার চরিত্রে। রামায়ণ-এর গল্পের অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ চরিত্র। রাবণের বোনের চরিত্রে দেখা যাবে তাঁকে। চরিত্রটি নিয়ে ইতিমধ্যেই পরিচালকের সঙ্গে বার কয়েক কথাও হয়েছে অভিনেত্রীর। মাসখানেকের মধ্যেই মুম্বাই ও লন্ডন মিলিয়ে মোট ১২০ দিনের শুটিং। যার সিংহভাই শুট হবে মুম্বাইতে। তার পর লন্ডন পাড়ি দেবে গোটা টিম।
চলতি মাসেই বিয়ে অভিনেত্রী রাকুল প্রীত সিংয়ের। এমনটাই কানাঘুষো বলিপাড়ায়। এরইমধ্যে তা নিয়েও চলছে নানান কানাঘুষো। এদিকে নীতেশের এই ছবি ভারতের অন্যতম বড় বাজেটের ছবি হতে চলেছে। ক্যামেরা, কাস্টিং কিংবা ভিজ্যুয়াল এফেক্ট সব দিক থেকে অন্য অনেক ছবিকেই ‘রামায়ণ’ ছাপিয়ে যাবে বলে অনুমান ইন্ডাস্ট্রির ঘনিষ্ঠদের। তবে বিয়ের প্রশ্নে প্রডাকশনের খানিক অমত আছে জানা গেছে। তারকার বিয়ে পেছানোর অনুরোধ নাকি প্রডাকশনের।
এ নিয়ে রাকুলপ্রীত বলেন, ‘মুভি’র পিআরের সাথে আমার বিয়ে পেছানোর কোনো সম্পর্ক থাকতে পারে না। আর এটা খুবই হাস্যকর। বরং সেক্ষেত্রে মুভিটিই ছেড়ে দিতে পারি। তবে এ বিষয়টি ভিত্তিহীন বলেছে ছবিটির প্রযোজনা সংস্থা। তারা জানিয়েছে, কোনো শিল্পীর ব্যক্তিজীবন নিয়ে আমরা কেন হস্তক্ষেপ করবো। ছবির ডেট নিয়ে কথা হচ্ছিল। সেকারণেই এমনটা ছড়িয়েছে।’
