মুশফিকের ‘অদ্ভুত আউট’ নিয়ে যা বললেন মিরাজ
নিউজিল্যান্ডের বিপক্ষে দ্বিতীয় টেস্টের প্রথম ইনিংসে বিরল আউটের শিকার হয়েছেন মুশফিকুর রহিম। প্রথম বাংলাদেশি ব্যাটার হিসেবে ‘হ্যান্ডলড দ্য বল’ আউট হয়েছেন অভিজ্ঞ এই ব্যাটার। আন্তর্জাতিক ক্রিকেটে ১১তম এবং টেস্টে ৮ম ব্যাটসম্যান হিসেবে ‘হ্যান্ডলড দ্য বল’ আউট হয়েছেন মুশফিক। তার এমন আউট নিয়ে দিন শেষ কথা বলেছেন টাইগার অলরাউন্ডার মেহেদি হাসান মিরাজ।
দিন শেষে সংবাদ সম্মেলনে এসে মুশফিকের আউট প্রসঙ্গে মিরাজ বলেন, ‘দেখেন এরকম তো ইনটেনশনালি (ইচ্ছেকৃতভাবে) হয় না। এটা খেলার ফ্লোতে (ধারায়) হয়ে গেছে। তিনি তো ইচ্ছেকৃতভাবে করেননি। জেনেশুনে কেউ কখনও আউট হতে চায় না। এক ধারায় খেলতে গিয়ে হঠাৎ হয়ে গেছে এরকম।’
মুশফিকের আউট ইচ্ছাকৃত নয় দাবি করে বিশ্বকাপে আঞ্জেলো ম্যাথুসের ‘টাইমড আউট’ টেনে মিরাজ আরও বলেন, ‘আপনি দেখেন, খেলার পরিস্থিতিতে অনেক সময় ব্যাক অব দ্য মাইন্ডে অনেক কিছু চলতে থাকে। এটাও তেমনই ফ্লোতে চলে গেছে আমার কাছে মনে হয় মুশফিক ভাই যেভাবে আউট হয়েছে। আরেকটা জিনিস দেখেন, আমরা বিশ্বকাপে একটা টাইমড আউট পেয়েছি। ওখানে কিন্তু টাইমড আউট হয়ে গিয়েছিল শ্রীলঙ্কার ব্যাটার। আজকে মুশফিক ভাই যে আউটটা হলো, সেটাও এভাবেই হয়ে গেছে।’
