আনোয়ারুল আজিম আনার এমপি খুনের মাষ্টারমাইন্ড আক্তারুজ্জামান শাহিনের কোটচাঁদপুরের এলাঙ্গী গ্রামে অবস্থিত রিসোর্টটি পুলিশী নজরদারী বাইরে রয়েছে। এমপি হত্যার চার দিন পার হলেও সেখানে পুলিশের কোন অভিযান পরিচালিত হয়নি। এ নিয়ে নিহত আনারের পরিবার যেমন প্রশ্ন তুলেছে, তেমনি গ্রামবাসিও। অত্যাধুনিক রিসোর্টটি শনিবার (২৫ মে) সন্ধ্যা পর্যন্ত তালাবদ্ধ অবস্থায় দেখা গেছে। রিসোর্টকে ঘিরে ঝিনাইদহ পুলিশের সেখানে কোন আনাগোনা নেই বা তৎপরতা চোখে পড়েনি। সেখানে অভিযান পরিচালিত হলে গুরুত্বপুর্ন কোন আলামত উদ্ধার হতো কিনা তা নিয়ে নানা আলোচনা হচ্ছে। এমনকি ওই রিসোর্টে এখন শুধু জার্মানী শেফার্ড কুকুর ছাড়া আর কিছুই নেই। সব মাস খানেক আগে বিক্রি করে দেয়া হয়েছে। এদিকে নিহত আনার এমপির কন্যা মুমতারিন ফেরদৌস ডরিন ঢাকা থেকে কালীগঞ্জে পৌছেই মাষ্টারমাইন্ড আক্তারুজ্জামান শাহিনের ভাই কোটচাঁদপুর পৌরসভার মেয়র সেলিমকে গ্রেফতারের দাবী তুলেছেন। তিনি প্রশ্ন তোলেন কেন পুলিশ এখনও তাকে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করছে না? তার রিসোর্টে হত্যার কোন আলামত আছে কিনা তাও খতিয়ে দেখার দাবী জানান তিনি। কালীগঞ্জের বেশির ভাগ নেতা ও স্বজনরা ওই রিসোর্টে কোন আলামত আছে কিনা তা খতিয়ে দেখার পক্ষে। শনিবার দুপুরে শাহিনের এলাঙ্গী গ্রামের রিসোর্টে গিয়ে দেখা গেছে, সুনশান নীরবতা। বাইরে থেকে ঢোকার কোন উপায় নেই। ওই রিসোর্টের মধ্যে এখন কারা আছে বা জার্মানী শেফার্ড কুকুরগুলোকে কারা খাবার দিচ্ছে তা জানা সম্ভব হয়নি। কোটচাঁদপুরের এলাঙ্গী ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান মিজানুর রহমান খান জানান, তিনি একবার রিসোর্টে ঢুকেছিলেন শাহিনের ভাই কোটচাঁদপুর পৌরসভার মেয়র শহিদুজ্জামান সেলিমের মেয়ের বিয়ের দাওয়াত খেতে। তারপর আর যাওয়া হয়নি। তিনি বলেন এতবড় একটা রিসোর্ট করা হলেও ইউনিয়নে কোন সরকারী ট্যাক্স দেয় না শাহিন। বছরে এই রিসোর্টের ৬০ হাজার টাকার ট্যাক্স হবে বলে তিনি জানান। নিরাপত্তজনিত কারণে তিনি ট্যাক্স আদায় করতে সাহস পাননি বলে জানান। তবে সেখানে কি হতো কারা আসতেন তা ছিল অজানা। চেয়ারম্যান মিজানুর রহমান খান বলেন, এক মাস আগে রিসোর্টে যে গরু ছিল তা তার চাচা মানিক বিক্রি করে দিয়েছে। এলাঙ্গী ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের স্থানীয় মেম্বর ওমিদুল ইসলাম জানান, দুই বছর আগে রিসোর্টটির নির্মান কাজ শুরু হয় এবং এক বছরের মধ্যে শেষ করে তা বসবাসের উপযোগী করা হয়। রিসোর্টের ২৫ বিঘা জমিার মধ্যে শাহিনের নামে কিছুই নেই দাবী করে ওমিদুল মেম্বর বলেন, জমিগুলো সব তার পিতা, বোন ও ভগ্নিপতির নামে বলে শুনেছি। তিনি দাবী করেন শাহিন ওই রিসোর্টে আসলে ফ্রি ভুরিভোজ হতো, তখন তাদের দাওয়াত হতো। বাইরের নামীদামী মানুষ আসতেন সেখানে। রিসোর্টে থাকা গরুগুলো ঋণের জন্য বাইরে থেকে ধার করে আনা বলে তিনি দাবী করেন। সাধারণ গ্রামবাসির ভাষ্য, আক্তারুজ্জামানের এই রিসোর্ট সর্ম্পকে তাদের কোন ধারণা নেই। গেটে লেখা, কুকুর হইতে সাবধান। আর ভেতরে কাউকে ঢুকতে দেয় না। তবে কিছু সময় লোকজন আসে, ভেতরে ঢোকে। মাঝে মাঝে রাতে গানবাজনা হয়, মাইক বাজে। প্রায়ই কালো গাড়ি নিয়ে ভিআইপিরা ভেতরে ঢোকে। সেখানকার সাধারণ মানুষের বিচরণ নেই বাগান বাড়ির আশ-পাশ দিয়েও। রিসোর্টের গার্ড আব্দুর রাজ্জাক ও সাজ্জাদ হোসেন জানান, গত ৩/৪ মাস আগে এমপি আনার এই বাংলোতে এসেছিলেন। এর বেশি কিছু তারা জানেন না। রিসোর্টে আর কোন কর্মচারী না থাকলেও এখন তারা দিনরাত পাহারা দিচ্ছেন বলে জানান। এমপি আনারের বিশ^স্ত সঙ্গী কালীগঞ্জ সুগার মিলের শ্রমিক নেতা গোলাম রসুল বলেন, আনার ও শাহীনের বন্ধুত্ব প্রায় ৩০ বছরের। এলাঙ্গী গ্রামে শাহীনের ওই বাংলোয় তিনি আনারের সঙ্গে গিয়েছিলেন এক বছর আগে। বাংলোয় আনার একান্তে শাহীনের সঙ্গে কথা বলেন। তবে রসুল বাংলোর মধ্যে আরেকটি কক্ষে বসে অপেক্ষা করেছিলেন। তিনি মুল জায়গায় যেতে পারেননি। রসুল বলেন, বাংলো দেখে তিনি হতবাক হন, এই অজ পাড়া গ্রামের মধ্যে এত ভিআইপি বাংলো। যেখানে বিদেশি কুকুর, অনেক কর্মচারী, ভিআইপি আসবাবপত্র দিয়ে সাজানো। নিহত আনার তাকে সেদিন বলেছিলেন, শাহীন মেরিন ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে থাকেন। এখানে বেড়াতে এলে এই বাংলোতে অবস্থান করেন। কালীগঞ্জ পৌরসভার মেয়র ও নিহত এমপি আনারের ভাগ্নে আশরাফুল আলম বলেন, ওই রিসোর্টে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কোন আলামত মিলতে পারে। কিন্তু আজো পুলিশ সেখানে যায়নি। রিসোর্টে অভিযান নিয়ে ঝিনাইদহ পুলিশের কোন কর্মকর্তা মুখ খুলতে নারাজ। তবে নাম প্রকাশে অনিচ্ছুক জেলা পুলিশের একাধিক কর্মকর্তা বলেন, যেহেতু বিষয়টি উচ্চ পর্যায় থেকে তদারকী করা হচ্ছে, সেহেতু আনার হত্যা নিয়ে ঝিনাইদহ পুলিশের প্রতি কোন নির্দেশনা নেই।
