ঝিনাইদহের শৈলকুপায় একটি শিশু ধর্ষণ মামলায় ধর্ষকের সাথে ধর্ষিতার বিয়ে দিয়ে মামলা মিমাংসা করতে বাদীকে হত্যার হুমকি ও বাড়িঘর ভাংচুরের অভিযোগ উঠেছে। ঘটনাটি বৃহস্পতিবার (৪ জুলাই) রাত সাড়ে ১০টার দিকে উপজেলার ১২নং নিত্যানন্দনপুর ইউনিয়নের শাহাবাজপুর নিজপলাশী গ্রামে। হামলার সময় বাদী শাহীন বিশ^াস ৯৯৯ এ ফোন দিয়ে আত্মরক্ষা করেন বলে জানা যায়। এছাড়া বাদীর শেখরা বাজারে মুদিখানার দোকানও বন্ধ করে দিয়েছে আসামী পক্ষ। শিশু ধর্ষণ মামলার বাদী শাহাবাজপুর গ্রামের মোকাদ্দেস বিশ^াসের ছেলে শাহীন বিশ^াস জানান, গত ৪ বছর আগে নিজ বাড়িতে একই গ্রামের প্রতিবেশী কুদ্দুস বিশ^াসের ছেলে রানা বিশ^াসের (২৪) হাতে তার ৭ বছরের শিশু ধর্ষণের শিকার হয়। এ ঘটনায় তিনি শৈলকুপা থানায় রানা বিশ^াসের নামে ধর্ষণ মামলা দায়ের করেন। এ মামলায় রানা বিশ^াস বর্তমানে ঝিনাইদহ কারাগারে। আগামী ১০ জুন মামলার যুক্তিতর্ক উপস্থাপনের দিন। মামলার রায়ের দিন যতই ঘনিয়ে আসছে ততই হুমকি ধামকি দিয়ে আসছে আসামী পক্ষের সমর্থকরা। সর্বশেষ গত বৃহস্পতিবার রাত সাড়ে ১০টার দিকে ধর্ষণ মামলা মিমাংশা করতে আসামী পক্ষের শাহাবাজপুর গ্রামের মৃত ছানারুদ্দিন বিশ^াসের ছেলে আলমগীর ও জাহাঙ্গীর, আমিরুদ্দিনের ছেলে মিরাজুল ও আবু কালামের ছেলে রাব্বি সহ আরো অনেকে তার বাড়ি ভাংচুর ও হত্যার হুমকি দিতে থাকে। তারা ভয়ে ৯৯৯ এ ফোন দিলে শৈলকুপা থানা পুলিশ এসে তাদের রক্ষা করেন। এছাড়া শেখরা বাজারে অবস্থিত মুদিখানার দোকানও বন্ধ করে দিয়েছে বলে জানান। এ ঘটনার একটি সিসি টিভির ফুটেজ তার হাতে রয়েছে বলে জানান। ধর্ষণ মামলার বাদীকে হুমকি দেওয়ার অভিযোগে অভিযুক্ত আলমগীর বিশ^াস জানান, ধর্ষণ মামলার বাদী শাহীন তার চাচাতো ভাই। সম্পর্কের দাবি নিয়ে তারা তার বাড়িতে গিয়েছিলেন। যেহেতু নিজেদের মধ্যের ঘটনা তাই জ্ঞাতি গোষ্টির সবাই শাহীনকে মামলাটি মিমাংসা করতে বলে আসছে। বৃহস্পতিবার রাতে যা ঘটেছে সবই শাহীনের উপর অধিকার নিয়ে করেছে। হামলার ঘটনা নিয়ে হাটফাজিলপুর পুলিশ ফাড়ির ইনচার্জ উপ পরিদর্শক গৌরাঙ্গ হরি বলেন, হামলার ঘটনাটি সত্য। ঘটনার সময় ধর্ষণ মামলার বাদী শাহীন ৯৯৯ এ কল করলে তারা জানতে পারেন। সাথে সাথে ঘটনাস্থলে পৌছে ঘটনার সত্যতা পান তিনি। এ ঘটনার একটি সিসি টিভির ফুটেজ তার কাছে রয়েছে বলে জানান। ধর্ষণ মামলার বাদী লিখিত অভিযোগ দিলে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে বলে বলেন ক্যাম্প ইনচার্জ গৌরাঙ্গ হরি। ধর্ষণ মামলার বাদীকে হুমকি ও বাড়িঘর ভাংচুরের ঘটনায় শৈলকুপা থানার ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা সফিকুল ইসলাম চৌধূরী বলেন, ধর্ষণ মামলার বাদী লিখিত অভিযোগ দিলে তিনি আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা নিবেন বলে জানান।
