বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় সংসদের সুবর্ণজয়ন্তী উপলক্ষে বিশেষ অধিবেশন ও একাদশ জাতীয় সংসদের ২২তম অধিবেশন আজ শনিবার (৮ এপ্রিল) সকাল ১০টায় স্পিকার ড. শিরীন শারমিন চৌধুরীর সভাপতিত্বে পুনরায় শুরু হয়েছে।পবিত্র কোরআন তেলাওয়াতের মাধ্যমে অধিবেশন শুরু হয়।এর আগে, গত ৬ এপ্রিল বিশেষ এই অধিবেশন শুরু হয়। গত ২১ মার্চ রাষ্ট্রপতি মো. আবদুল হামিদ সংবিধানের ৭২ অনুচ্ছেদের (১) দফায় প্রদত্ত ক্ষমতাবলে এ অধিবেশন আহ্বান করেন।
