ঝিনাইদহের হরিণাকুণ্ডুতে উপজেলা করোনা ভাইরাস প্রতিরোধ কমিটির জরুরী সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। যেহেতু বর্তমানে আক্রান্তের পরিমান সংখ্যায় (পঞ্চাশ) এ দাড়িয়েছে তাই পরিস্থিতি নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখতে জরুরী ভিত্তিতে এই সভায় করোনা ভাইরাস সংক্রমণ রোধে নানামূখী সিদ্ধন্ত গৃহীত হয়েছে। বুধবার দুপুরে উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসারের কার্যালয়ে ইউএনও সৈয়দা নাফিস সুলতানা এর সভাপতিত্বে সভায় করোনা ভাইরাস প্রতিরোধ কমিটির প্রধান উপদেষ্টা উপজেলা পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান মোঃ জাহাঙ্গীর হোসাইন, সদস্য মহিলা ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান রেশমা খাতুন, সহকারী কমিশনার (ভূমি) রাজিয়া আক্তার চৌধুরী, পৌর মেয়র মোঃ ফারুক হোসেন, থানা অফিসার ইনচার্জ (ওসি) আব্দুর রহিম মোল্লা উপস্থিত ছিলেন। করোনা ভাইরাস প্রতিরোধ কমিটির সদস্য সচিব উপজেলা স্বাস্থ্য কর্মকর্তা ডাঃ জামিনুর রশিদ এর সঞালনায় অন্যান্য সদস্যদের মধ্যে উপস্থিত ছিলেন প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়ন কর্মকর্তা মোহাম্মদ জামাল হোসাইন, ইউপি চেয়ারম্যান ফজলুর রহমান , মঞ্জুর আলম, গোলাম মোস্তফা,ছমির উদ্দীন, মোহাম্মদ আলী, হরিণাকুণ্ডু প্রেসক্লাব সভাপতি এম সাইফুজ্জামান তাজু, সাধারণ সম্পাদক এইচ মাহবুব মিলু, মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা অফিস সুপার ভাইজার মাছুরা খাতুন উপস্থিত ছিলেন। সভায় করোনা প্রতিরোধে আট ইউনিয়নের ইউপি চেয়ারম্যান গন সচেতনতা মূলক মাইকিং সহ বিভিন্ন মাধ্যমে প্রচার করবে। পুলিশ সদস্যরা জোরদার টহল অব্যাহত রাখবে, একটি বিশেষ টিম বিভিন্ন চা স্টল থেকে বেঞ্চ চেয়ার ও টেলিভিষণ অপসারণ করবে, মাস্ক পরিধান বাধ্যতামূলক এর নিমিত্তে ভ্রাম্যমান আদালত পরিচালনা অব্যাহত থাকবে, যানবাহন যেমন বাস, নচিমন,আলমসাধু,করিমন সহ পাখিভ্যানে অতিরিক্ত যাত্রী বহনে নিষেধাজ্ঞা থাকবে, সময় মত উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার সৈয়দা নাফিস সুলতানা ও সহকারী কমিশনার (ভূমি)রাজিয়া আক্তার চৌধুরী কতৃক হাট বাজার সহ বিভিন্ন আড়ৎ, গার্মেন্টস পট্টিতে ভ্রাম্যমান আদালত পরিচালনা অব্যাহত থাকবে, প্রতি ইউনিয়নের হাটবাজার গুলোতে সংশ্লিষ্ট ইউপি চেয়ারম্যান স্ব-শরীরে উপস্থিত থেকে দফাদার ও গ্রাম পুলিশদের সাথে নিয়ে ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতাদের বর্তমান পরিস্থিতি জানিয়ে সচেতন করা সহ মাস্ক বিতরণ করবে। উপজেলা পরিষদের বিভিন্ন দপ্তর সহ উপজেলার বিভিন্ন ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানে মাস্ক পরিধান না করলে সেবা দেওয়া বন্ধ রাখার সিদ্ধান্ত গৃহীত হয়। এসময় ইউএনও হরিণাকুণ্ডু গ্রামীন ব্যাংকে লকডাউন ঘোষনা করেন।
