২৪ ঘণ্টার নোটিশে ঢাকায় ফেরানো হলো ত্রিপুরা-কলকাতার হাইকমিশনারকে
ত্রিপুরার অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট হাইকমিশনার আরিফ মোহাম্মদ ও কলকাতার ভারপ্রাপ্ত ডেপুটি হাইকমিশনার সিকদার মো. আশরাফুল রহমানকে অনির্দিষ্টকালের জন্য ঢাকায় ফেরার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়।
বুধবার (৫ ডিসেম্বর) এক সংক্ষিপ্ত নোটিশে তাদের এ নির্দেশনা দেওয়া হয়। পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয় সূত্রে জানা গেছে, ভারতের পরিবর্তিত পরিস্থিতি নিয়ে আলোচনার লক্ষ্যে তাদের ঢাকায় ফেরার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে। ২৪ ঘণ্টার নোটিশে সাড়া দিয়ে ইতোমধ্যেই ঢাকায় যোগদান করেছেন তারা।
এদিকে কর্মকর্তারা ঢাকায় ফেরায় আপাতত ‘মাথা শূন্য’ অবস্থায় রয়েছে কলকাতার ডেপুটি হাইকমিশন। তবে ভিসা কার্যক্রম স্বাভাবিক রয়েছে। পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয় সূত্র আরও জানিয়েছে, ইতিমধ্যেই শাবাব বিন আহমেদকে (মিনিস্টার, বাংলাদেশ দূতাবাস দ্য হেগ) কলকাতায় যোগদানের নির্দেশ দিয়েছে ঢাকা। তবে তার যোগদানে বেশ কিছুটা সময় লাগবে বলেও জানা গেছে।
