ঝিনাইদহে কৃষক মকবুল হত্যা বেশির ভাগ আসামী অধরা বাদী হতাশ!

ঝিনাইদহের ভগবাননগর গ্রামে কৃষক মকবুল মোল্লা হত্যার ঘটনায় ছয়দিন পার
হলেও বেশির ভাগ আসামী অধরা রয়ে গেছে। ৭ আসামীর পাঁচজন পলাতক রয়েছে।
ইতোমধ্যেই এক আসামী আদালত থেকে বেরিয়ে ভুক্তভোগী পরিবারকে মামলা
তুলে নেওয়া সহ নানা ভাবে ভয়ভীতি প্রদর্শন করছে বলেও অভিযোগ করা হয়েছে।
গত ১৫ এপ্রিল জমি সংক্রান্ত বিরোধের জেরে কৃষক মকবুল মোল্লা’কে
পিটিয়ে কুপিয়ে হত্যা করে তার ভাই, ভাতিজা, বোন ও ভাগ্নেরা। এতে ওই দিনই
রাতেই নিহতের স্ত্রী আলেয়া বেগম বাদী হয়ে ৭ জনকে আসামী করে সদর থানায়
মামলা দায়ের করেন। জানা যায়, সদর উপজেলার ভগবাননগর গ্রামে পিতা মৃত
মইনুদ্দিন মন্ডলের রেখে যাওয়া ৯ শতক জমি নিয়ে মকবুল মোল্লার সাথে ভাই
মনিরুল হোসেন ও বোন পারভীনার সাথে বিরোধ চলছি। এই জমিটি দীর্ঘদিন
ধরে ভোগদখল করছিল মকবুল মোল্লা। কিন্তু বেশ কয়েক বছর ধরে সেটি নিজেদের
মধ্যে ভাগ করে নিতে চাইছিল মনিরুল ও পারভীনা। এই দ্বন্দের জেরে ২০১৯ সালে
জেলা প্রশাসনের নির্বাহী ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট আদালতে মামলা করা হয়। সেখানে এই ৯
শতক জমির উপর ফৌজদারি কার্যবিধি আইনে ১৪৪ ধারা জারি করা হয়। সেই
থেকে মামলা টি বিচারাধীন রয়েছে নির্বাহী ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট আদালতে।
পরবর্তিতে চলতি মাসের ১৪ তারিখ সকালে বাড়ির পাশ্ববর্তি ওই জমিতে মকবুল
মোল্লার ছেলে একটি ছাপড়া ঘর তৈরি করতে যায়। সেসময় মনিরুল ও পারভীনার
সাথে তাদের বাকবিতন্ডা হয়। তারই এক পর্যায়ে তারা লাঠি সোটা ও ধারালো
অস্ত্র দিয়ে মারামারিতে লিপ্ত হয়। সেসময় মনিরুল, পারভীনা এবং তাহিদুল,
আরাফাত সহ কয়েকজন মকবুল মোল্লা’কে পিটিয়ে ও কুপিয়ে গুরুতর আহত
করে। তাদের ঠেকাতে গিয়ে আহত হন মকবুল মোল্লার ছেলে রুবেল হোসেন। পরে
তাদের উদ্ধার করে প্রথমে ঝিনাইদহ হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হয়। সেসময় অবস্থার
অবনতি হলে মকবুল মোল্লাকে ঢাকার একটি বে-সরকারী হাসপাতালে নিলে ১৫
তারিখ রাত ১০ টার দিকে চিকিৎসাধীন অবস্থায় সে মারা যায়। এ ঘটনায় ওই
দিন রাতেই সদর থানায় নিহতের স্ত্রী আলেয়া বেগম বাদী হয়ে ভগবাননগর
গ্রামের মনিরুল হোসেন, আব্দুর রশিদ বিশ্বাস, তাহিদুল, রাশিদুল, আব্দুর
রশিদের স্ত্রী মনিরা খাতুন, আরাফাত ও মনিরুল হোসেনের স্ত্রী মনিরা খাতুনের
নামে মামলা দায়ের করে। মামলার পরই ওই গ্রাম থেকে মনিরুল হোসেনের স্ত্রী
মনিরা খাতুন ও রাশিদুলকে গ্রেফতার করে পুলিশ। পরবর্তিতে আদালত থেকে
মনিরা খাতুন জামিন পায় বলে অভিযোগ ভুক্তভোগী পরিবারের। নিহতের স্ত্রী
আলেয়া বেগম জানান, আমার ছেলে এই জায়গা প্রাইভেট পড়ানোর জন্য একটা
ছাপড়া ঘর তৈরি করছিল। তাই নিয়ে মনিরুল ও পারভীনা নৃশংশ ভাবে আমার
স্বামীকে হত্যা করলো। ওরা দুপুরের পরেই প্রথমে ছেলেকে ঘরের ভিতর থেকে
মেরেছে। পরে ওর বাবা সেখানে আসলে ঘরের পাশে নিয়ে তারা বেধড়ক কুপিয়ে ও
পিটিয়ে হত্যা করে। আমরা এখন খুবই অসহায়। ওরা আমার স্বামীকে মেরেছে,
আমরা এর সঠিক বিচার চাই। তাদেরকে যেন আইনের আওতায় এনে কঠোর শাস্তি
নিশ্চিত করা হয়। নিহতের মেয়ে জলি খাতুন জানান, দুই আসামী মনিরা ও
রাশিদুলকে পুলিশ গ্রেফতার করলেও চলতি মাসের ১৮ তারিখ মনিরা মোবাইল
ফোনে নানা ভাবে আমাদেরকে ভয়ভীতি দেখায়। সে কিভাবে গ্রেফতারের পর ছাড়া
পেল আর মোবাইলে এভাবে কথা বল্লো বুঝতে পারলাম না। হত্যা মামলায় তো
এভাবে কেউ বেরিয়ে আসেনা। তিনি আরো জানান, এই ঘটনার পর থেকেই
কালীচরনপুর ইউনিয়নের চেয়ারম্যান জাহাঙ্গীর আসামীদের না ধরতে থানায় গিয়ে
বার বার তদবির করছে। যার জন্য পুলিশও আসামীদের ধরছে না। আমি চাইবো
পুলিশ যেন কারো পক্ষপাতিত্ব না করে আসামীদের গ্রেফতার করে আমার পিতা
হত্যার বিচার নিশ্চিত করে। বিষয়টি নিয়ে অভিযুক্তদের বাড়িতে গেলেও ঘটনার পর
থেকেই তারা পলাতক থাকায় তাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা সম্ভব হয়নি।
ভুক্তভোগী পরিবারের অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে সদর উপজেলা কালীচরণপুর ইউনিয়নের
চেয়ারম্যান জাহাঙ্গীর হোসেনের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা হলেও তাকে পাওয়া
যায়নি। চেয়ারম্যানের ব্যক্তিগত মুঠোন নাম্বার দুটিও বন্ধ পাওয়া যায়। ঝিনাইদহ
সদর সার্কেলের অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ সুপার আবুল বাশার জানান, এই ঘটনায় মামলা
দায়েরের পর ৪নং আসামী রাশিদুল ও ৭ নং আসামী মনিরা খাতুনকে গ্রেফতার করা
হয়। বাকি আসামীদের ধরতে অভিযান চলছে। গ্রেফতারকৃতদের মধ্যে রাশিদুলকে
জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্য আদালতের কাছে ৫ দিনের রিমান্ড আবেদন করা হয়েছে।
তিনি আরো জানান, আসামী গ্রেফতারের পর আদালতে সোপর্দ করা হয়।
সেখান থেকে কেউ কি ভাবে বেরিয়ে আসবে বা কিভাবে বেরিয়ে আসলো
