ঝিনাইদহ শিশু হাসপাতালের বিশেষজ্ঞ চিকিৎসক আলী হাসান ফরিদকে হত্যার হুমকী!

ঝিনাইদহ ২৫ শয্যার শিশু হাসপাতালের বিশেষজ্ঞ চিকিৎসক ডাঃ আলী হাসান ফরিদকে
কুপিয়ে হত্যার হুমকী দিয়েছে এক মাদকসেবী। এ ঘটনায় শিশু হাসপাতালের নার্স ও
চিকিৎসকরা চরম নিরাপত্তাহীনতায় ভুগছেন। হাসপাতালে ভর্তি ৪০ শিশু ও তাদের
স্বজনরা উদ্বিগ্ন হয়ে পড়েছেন। একের পর এক হুমকীতে চিকিৎসা সেবা ব্যহত হওয়ার
আশংকা দেখা দিয়েছে। ঝিনাইদহ সদর থানায় দায়ের করা সাধারণ ডায়েরি থেকে
জানা গেছে, খলিল নামে এক মাদকসেবী সন্ত্রাসীর স্ত্রী মুক্তি দেবনাথ ঝিনাইদহ শিশু
হাসপাতালের সিনিয়র স্টাফ নার্স হিসেবে কর্মরত। নার্স মুক্তি দেবনাথ দায়িত্ব
পালনে অবহেলা করলে তাকে মৌখিক ভাবে সতর্ক করা হয়। এতেই ক্ষিপ্ত হয় সদর উপজেলার
কাস্টসাগরা গ্রামের আব্দুল খালেকের ছেলে খলিল। তার স্ত্রীকে সতর্ক করার কারণ জানতে
চেয়ে গত ১৯ মে শিশু হগাসপাতালে এসে বিশেষজ্ঞ চিকিৎসক ডাঃ আলী হাসান
ফরিদকে খোজ করতে থাকেন। তাকে না পেয়ে হাসপাতালের স্টাফদের সামনে অকথ্য ভাষায়
গালিগালাজ ও হত্যার হুমকী দেয়। এ ঘটনায় ডাঃ আলী হাসান ফরিদ ঝিনাইদহ সদর
থানায় একটি জিডি করেছেন, যার নং ১৫০৯। পুলিশ শুক্রবার সন্ধ্যার দিকে মাদকসেবী
সন্ত্রাসী খলিলকে আটক করে থানায় নিয়ে আসে বলে সদর থানার ওসি শেখ সোহেল
রানা জানান। এদিকে খলিলের হুমকীতে চিকিৎসক ও নার্সরা স্বাভাবিক ভাবে কাজ
করতে পারছে না। খলিল মাদক সেবনের পাশাপাশি ইয়াবা ব্যবসা করে। এর আগে সে
মাদকসহ গ্রেফতার হয়েছিল। শিশু হাসপাতালের কোয়াটার ব্যবহার করে এক সময়
অনৈতিক কাজ চালাতো বলেও অভিযোগ। সম্প্রতি হিন্দু থেকে মুসলিম আবার
মুসলিম থেকে হিন্দু পরবর্তীতে আবার হিন্দু থেকে মুসলিম হয়ে খলিলের সঙ্গে ঘর
বাধেন মুক্তি দেব নাথ। এ নিয়ে পত্রিকা ও অনলাইন মিডিয়ায় একাধিক খবর প্রকাশিত
হলে খলিলকে শিশু হাসপাতাল থেকে বহিস্কার করে তার স্ত্রীকেও বদলী করা হয়। কিন্তু মুক্তি
দেব নাথ আবারো বদলী হয়ে শিশু হাসপাতালে যোগদান করে হাসপাতালের পরিবেশ
ঘোটালে করে তুলেছে।
