নওয়াজের স্ত্রীর বিরুদ্ধে ৩১ লাখ টাকা প্রতারণার অভিযোগ
আর্থিক প্রতারণার অভিযোগ দায়ের করা হয়েছে অভিনেতা নওয়াজউদ্দিন সিদ্দিকী’র স্ত্রী আলিয়া সিদ্দিকীর বিরুদ্ধে। আলিয়ার বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ এনেছেন মঞ্জু গেরওয়াল নামে এক মহিলা। অভিযোগে বলা হয়েছে, আলিয়া তার কাছ থেকে ৩১ লক্ষ টাকা টাকা নিয়েছিলেন, যা তিনি ফেরত দেননি। ‘হোলি কাউ’ বলে একটি ছবির প্রযোজক ছিলেন নওয়াজের স্ত্রী আলিয়া। আর সেকারণেই তিনি মঞ্জু গেরওয়ালের কাছে ৩১ লক্ষ টাকা নিয়েছিলেন বলে অভিযোগ। গত ২০ জুন আম্বোলি থানায় আলিয়া সিদ্দিকীর বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ দায়ের করেন মঞ্জু গেরওয়াল।অভিযোগকারিণীর কথায়, ‘আমার আর আলিয়া বন্ধুত্বের শুরু ২০০৫ সালে। বহুদিন ধরেই আলিয়া প্রযোজক হিসাবে কাজ করতে চাইতেন। যখন শেষপর্যন্ত তা সম্ভব হল, আলিয়া আমায় ছবির ক্রিয়েটিভ ডিরেক্টর হওয়ার প্রস্তাব দেয়। আর ও ছিল ছবির প্রযোজক। হোলি কাউ-এর জন্য আমি অভিনেতাদের নির্বাচন করি। এরপর যখন তাদের চেকের মাধ্যমে টাকা দেওয়া হচ্ছিল, সেগুলি সবই বাউন্স করেন।’মঞ্জু জানান, তার বাবাও, আলিয়া সিদ্দিকীর ‘হোলি কাউ’-এর জন্য বিনিয়োগ করেছিলেন। তার কথায়, ‘আমার বাবা ঠিক সেসময়ই তার উজ্জয়িনীর বাড়ি বিক্রি করেছিলেন, সেকথা আলিয়ার জানা ছিল। সেই টাকা আলিয়া বাবাকে ছবিতে বিনিয়োগ করতে বাধ্য করেন। উনি জানিয়েছিলেন ১ মাসের মধ্যে সেই টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। কিন্তু দেওয়া হয়নি।’
