বাবা হলেন ৯০ দশকের জনপ্রিয় ব্যান্ড আর্কের ভোকাল হাসান। আজ সকাল ১০টা ২০ মিনিটে রাজধানীর ইউনিভার্সেল মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে তার ছেলে সন্তানের জন্ম হয়। এটি তার তৃতীয় সন্তান।
হাসপাতাল সূত্রে জানা গেছে, হাসপাতালের গাইনি ও প্রসূতি বিভাগের প্রধান ব্রিগেডিয়ার জেনারেল অধ্যাপক ডাঃ আঞ্জুমান আরা’র তত্বাবধানে অস্ত্রোপচারের মাধ্যমে তার সন্তানের জন্ম হয়। মা ও শিশু উভয়েই এখন ডাক্তারদের পর্যবেক্ষণে আছেন।
১৯৯৬ সালে ভোকালিস্ট হিসেবে ‘আর্ক’-এ যোগ দেন হাসান। সেই বছর প্রকাশ হয় দলটির অ্যালবাম তাজমহল। দারুণ জনপ্রিয় হয় গানগুলো।
২০০২ সালে ‘আর্ক’ ছেড়ে ‘স্বাধীনতা’ নামে একটি গানের দল গঠন করেন তিনি। ২০১০ সালের শেষে আবারও ফেরেন আর্কে। দলটির জন্মভূমি অ্যালবামটি তাদের নিয়ে যায় জনপ্রিয়তার শীর্ষস্থানে।
