এদিকে তাবলিগ জামাতের বিশ্ব ইজতেমা সুষ্ঠু ও সুশৃঙ্খল করতে দুই গ্রুপের মুরুব্বিদের নিয়ে রবিবার ইজতেমা মাঠে সর্ব শেষ সমন্বয় সভা করেছে স্থানীয় প্রশাসন। সভায় দুই গ্রুপই স্থানীয় প্রশাসন ও জনপ্রতিনিধিদের আশ্বস্ত করেছে যে, তারা কোনো বিশৃঙ্খলা বা কোনো অপ্রীতিকর ঘটনার সঙ্গে যুক্ত হবেন না। সভায় স্থানীয় সংসদ সদস্য জাহিদ আহসান রাসেল, গাজীপুর মেট্রোপলিটন পুলিশ কমিশনার মো. মাহবুব আলম ও জেলা প্রশাসক আবুল ফাতে মোহাম্মদ সফিকুল ইসলাম উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
