প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, আমি সত্যি খুব আনন্দিত আমরা ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ গড়ে তুলেছি, এটা তারই একটি দৃষ্টান্ত। এইমাত্র যেটা উদ্বোধন করা হলো সেটা হলো স্নাতক (পাস) ও সমমান পর্যায়ের অসচ্ছল ও মেধাবী শিক্ষার্থীদের উপবৃত্তি ও টিউশন ফি। এটা সম্পূর্ণ ডিজিটাল পদ্ধতিতে যার যার অ্যাকাউন্টে চলে যাবে। নিজেরা সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন। সেই পদ্ধতিটাই আমরা অনুসরণ করলাম। ডিজিটাল পদ্ধতিতে উদ্বোধন করতে পেরে আমরা আনন্দিত।
